abstract An infrared radiation paint, an infrared radiation coating, a heat radiation substrate and a heat radiation housing exhibiting an excellent infrared radiation effect even with a relatively thin film thickness. SOLUTION: An infrared radiation paint containing (A) a nanoscale carbon tube and (B) a liquid resin at room temperature or containing (A) a nanoscale carbon tube, (B) a resin and (C) a solvent. The infrared radiation paint, wherein the length of the carbon netting surface constituting the outermost surface of the nanoscale carbon tube is 500 nm or less, an infrared radiation coating obtained from the infrared radiation coating, and the coating Heat-radiating substrate and heat-radiating housing.
