An object of the present invention is to provide a living tissue repair agent that promotes healing of a tissue damaged portion having a higher tissue damage treating effect at a tissue damaged site. A biological tissue repair agent comprising a fibrinogen solution and a thrombin solution in separate forms and containing nucleated cells as active ingredients, wherein the fibrinogen solution and the thrombin solution are substantially simultaneously present at a tissue damage site.
