abstract The present invention provides a peptide derived from renal cell carcinoma antigen G250 that elicits both CD4 + and CD8 + T cell responses. The peptide is derived from a G250 tumor antigen that has a specific amino acid sequence and is frequently expressed in immunogenic tumors such as renal cell carcinoma. Specific peptides are selected for their ability to elicit both CD4 + and CD8 + T cell responses against cells expressing the G250 antigen. [Selection figure] None
