titleOfInvention | Pretreatment method for immunoassay for 8-isoprostane |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pretreatment method for measuring 8-isoprostane by immunoassay, which method enables more accurate immunoassay of 8-isoprostane than a known method. SOLUTION: (1) a step of applying a deproteinized and defatted sample to an NH2 column, (2) washing the column with a 5-20 v / v% 2-propanol solution, (3) washing the column with a 20-30 v / v% 2-propanol solution, (4) a step of elution with a 25-70 v / v% 2-propanol solution, (However, the concentration of 2-propanol in the solution of (2) to (4) is (2) <(3) <(4)) in this order. The solution eluted in the elution step (4) is subjected to immunoassay to measure the concentration of 8-isoprostane. [Selection diagram] None |
