titleOfInvention | Thermosetting resin composition for pipe lining material, pipe lining material and pipe lining method |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to achieve both excellent impregnating workability of a curable resin composition when producing a pipe lining material and good thixotropic property for preventing sagging of the curable resin composition, and have excellent properties. Provided is a thermosetting resin composition which has mechanical properties and can be manufactured at low cost by using a recovery material. The unsaturated polyester resin a part by weight, the polymerizable monomer b part by weight, and the thixotropic agent c part by weight are set so as to satisfy the following condition: 0.50 ≦ a / (a + b) ≦ 0.70. The viscosity is 0.5-8.0 Pa · s, the thixotropic degree is 1.2-4.4, and the unsaturated polyester resin is required to have α, β-ethylenically unsaturated dibasic acid. A thermosetting resin composition for a pipe lining material, which is obtained by reacting a dibasic acid component as a component and a polyhydric alcohol component having polyethylene terephthalate and neopentyl glycol as essential components at a specific ratio.
