PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zinc (II) complex comprising salicylic acid, aspirin, trigonelline, and a derivative thereof and a zinc source with a hypoglycemic effect, an a-glucosidase inhibitory effect, an anti-inflammatory effect, an analgesic effect, and an anti-inflammatory effect. It is intended to provide a drug having an anticancer action, an inhibitory action on platelet aggregation, an antithrombotic action, and an anticoagulant action that causes heart attack and stroke. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a hypoglycemic effect and an a-glucosidase inhibitory effect of a zinc (II) organic complex containing as a ligand a compound comprising salicylic acid having a benzene ring, trigonelin having a pyridinium ring and a derivative thereof as a ligand. The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation and a prophylactic agent having an anti-inflammatory effect, an analgesic effect, an anti-cancer effect, a platelet aggregation suppressing effect, a thrombus preventing effect, and a blood coagulation inhibiting effect causing heart attack and stroke.
