titleOfInvention Versatile linker compounds and ligands, and methods for their production
abstract Kind Code: A1 A novel versatile linker compound capable of two-dimensionally arranging sugar molecules with good reproducibility on the surface of a support for protein analysis, a novel ligand, a ligand carrier, and a method for producing the same. Further, the present invention provides a method for measuring an interaction between a sugar molecule and another substance by using them. A versatile linker compound is represented by the following general formula (1): Embedded image (Wherein, Y has a structure represented by O or NH). X has a structure that is a multi-branched moiety comprising four hydrocarbon-derived chains that have an aromatic amino group at the terminal and may have a carbon-nitrogen bond in the main chain. Further, the ligand is obtained by introducing a sugar molecule into the above-mentioned versatile linker compound. [Selection diagram] None
