abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new hair lotion for hair which stably maintains the efficacy of ascorbic acid compounded therein and further increases the amount of ascorbic acid, preferably a new hair tonic which has enhanced hair-growth effect and hair loss prevention effect. And provide hair restorer. A hair lotion containing ascorbic acid or glycerin in which a zinc compound is dissolved together with ascorbic acid. It is preferable that the amount of ascorbic acid dissolved in glycerin is 2 to 15% by weight, and the amount of zinc compound (such as zinc gluconate and zinc sulfate) is 3% by weight or less.
