titleOfInvention | Method for producing diphenylmethane diisocyanate-based polyisocyanate having reduced color number |
abstract | A polyisocyanate having a reduced color number is provided. A method for producing a polyisocyanate, which comprises reacting phosgene with a polyamine obtained by polycondensing aniline and formaldehyde, comprises the following steps (a) to (d): Solved by the method. (A) A step of reacting polyamine and phosgene in a solvent. (A) A step of adding an active hydrogen compound (B) having an average molecular weight of 32 to 10,000 to the reaction solution after the completion of the phosgenation to cause a reaction. (C) A step of adding and treating an acidic substance (C) having a pKa <6. (D) A step of completely removing the solvent at the time of phosgenation. [Selection diagram] None |
