titleOfInvention New manufacturing method of molded article, obtained molded article and use thereof
abstract Kind Code: A1 A hot melt molded article of a thermoplastic polymer is rapidly cooled to a temperature close to the glass transition temperature to form a mesophase, and then rapidly heated and crystallized to a temperature at which the mesophase is directly crystallized. A molded body having high crystals is obtained. A molded article having a novel macrocrystalline structure obtained by such a method is provided. [Effect] This is a novel molding method for providing a molded article of polypropylene having a novel macrocrystalline structure, and the obtained molded article is applicable to uses such as a separator.
