abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a masking material which does not shrink and deform even when heated during use. A masking material body is manufactured by stretching a thermoplastic resin sheet, and the masking material body is heat-treated at a temperature equal to or higher than the softening point of the thermoplastic resin sheet to be adapted to a masking site. Manufactures masking materials with dimensions and shapes. In the above heat treatment, a masking material is provided in which the residual stress remaining in the molded article is reduced, and which does not shrink and deform even by subsequent heating.
