titleOfInvention Method for coating aluminum surface and paint for aluminum
abstract An object of the present invention is to shorten the coating process of an aluminum surface, thereby shortening a coating line, reducing costs and improving the surface hardness. SOLUTION: When a surface of an aluminum plate is blasted to a depth of about 10 μm from an aluminum surface using an alumina particle in a blasting apparatus in which a nitrogen atmosphere is replaced, an HDMI-based polyisocyanate and colloidal silica are immediately dissolved in dry xylol.・ Spray and apply the dispersed reaction paint. At this time, half of the surface of the aluminum plate is masked for comparison. The result of immersion of the prepared specimen in 5% salt water for about 2 months to perform an anticorrosion test is shown in the figure. In the specimen 1, the left portion 2 is a portion where the paint is applied, and the right portion 3 is a portion where the paint is not applied due to masking. Since the right part 3 is not painted, the entire surface is naturally eroded. In contrast, the left part 2 is not eroded at all. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
