titleOfInvention | Nucleic acid separation and purification method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze nucleic acid fragments that can be carried out easily and quickly using a small apparatus without requiring special techniques, complicated operations, and special apparatuses, that is, can be automated in a small space. A method for analyzing a nucleic acid fragment is provided. (1) A step of separating and purifying a nucleic acid fragment containing a target nucleic acid fragment by a method for separating and purifying nucleic acid, comprising the step of adsorbing and desorbing nucleic acid on a solid phase comprising an organic polymer having a hydroxyl group on the surface; (2) The target nucleic acid fragment, at least one primer complementary to a part of the target nucleic acid fragment, at least one deoxynucleoside triphosphate, and at least one polymerase are reacted, and the target nucleic acid fragment is used as a template. Performing a polymerase extension reaction starting from the 3 ′ end of the primer; and (3) A step of detecting the presence or absence of progress of the polymerase extension reaction or detecting the presence or absence of hybridization between the polymerase extension reaction product and another nucleic acid: A method for analyzing nucleic acid, comprising: [Selection figure] None |
