abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a color filter which does not cause wrinkles in a pixel or disconnection of an ITO film even when an overcoat on the pixel is omitted. The colored photosensitive resin composition is characterized in that the total amount of the photopolymerizable compound (c) and the epoxy compound (e) in the colored photosensitive resin composition forming the first pixel is the colored photosensitive resin composition. The second pixel formed by using the colored photosensitive resin composition having a solid content of 16 to 31% based on the solid content of the photopolymerizable compound (c) and the epoxy compound in the colored photosensitive resin composition (E) is formed using a colored photosensitive resin composition having a total content of 19 to 31% based on the solid content of the colored photosensitive resin composition, and a pixel formed for the third time is a colored photosensitive resin composition.
