titleOfInvention | Toner and manufacturing method |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to improve the pulverizability at the manufacturing stage and the fixing strength to a recording medium such as paper while maintaining low-temperature fixing property, anti-offset property, durability as toner, and storage stability. An object of the present invention is to provide a pulverized toner having excellent peel strength and excellent negative chargeability and a method for producing the same. The pulverized toner of the present invention is obtained by bulk polymerization of a compound containing two or more isocyanate groups and a compound containing two or more active hydrogens capable of reacting with the isocyanate group, and comprises a urethane bond or a urea. A pulverized toner containing, as a binder resin, a polymer having a bond in the main chain and having a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 1,500 to 20,000 based on polystyrene in a THF-soluble matter, Is a compound containing at least a polyoxyalkylene bisphenol A ether compound and a linear alkylene chain having 4 to 20 carbon atoms as constituents thereof, and a number based on polystyrene in a THF-soluble component. It comprises a polyester polyol having an average molecular weight (Mn) of 360 to 1,000. [Selection diagram] None |
