An object of the present invention is to provide a process for producing Tc99m that does not generate a large amount of radioactive waste. Tc99m filled with Mo-adsorbed PZC containing Mo99 produced by irradiating molybdenum oxide MoO 3 having a natural isotope composition of Mo with neutron irradiation, dissolving in sodium hydroxide, and reacting with polyzirconium chloride (PZC). Mo99-Tc99m generator system consisting of a column for elution of the above. In order to manufacture the Tc99m generator column, a mechanism for taking a certain amount of PZC and putting it in a reaction vessel, a mechanism for putting a certain amount of Mo solution containing a certain amount of PZC and putting a certain amount of Mo solution containing Mo99, and adsorbing Mo. A manufacturing apparatus for a Mo99-Tc99m generator system equipped with a reduced pressure suction mechanism for filling PZC into a generator column with a filter made of glass while washing, and a mechanism capable of repeating the above operation a plurality of times.
