An object of the present invention is to provide a rubber composition for a tire tread having improved abrasion resistance, processability and low heat generation. The present invention relates to at least one of natural rubber, polybutadiene rubber, and at least one of diene rubbers in which at least one molecular terminal is modified with at least one compound selected from the group consisting of tin compounds, amine compounds and silicon compounds. A rubber composition for a tire tread, comprising a rubber component containing at least mass% and a rubber reinforcing filler made of an inorganic compound surface-treated with carbon black. Preferably, the inorganic compound is coated with either an alkoxysilane or a polysiloxane before the surface treatment. [Selection diagram] None |
