titleOfInvention Electrode substrate, photoelectric conversion element, and dye-sensitized solar cell
abstract An electrode substrate having excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency by suppressing poor shielding on the surface of a metal wiring layer and thereby suppressing circuit corrosion and reverse electron transfer, a photoelectric conversion element including the same, and dye sensitization. It is intended to provide a solar cell. The present invention relates to an electrode substrate having a metal wiring layer and a transparent conductive layer on a transparent substrate, wherein the metal wiring layer is formed along a wiring pattern in which a groove is formed in the transparent substrate. And at least a part of the metal wiring layer 3 has a height equal to or lower than the surface of the transparent substrate 2. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
