titleOfInvention Thermoplastic elastic heat dissipation composition and plasma display panel using the same
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a thermoplastic elastic heat dissipating composition which can fix a light-emitting display element and a heat dissipating element accurately and firmly and is easy to manufacture, and a plasma display panel using the same. A heat conductive layer sandwiched between a light emitting display panel and a heat radiating plate via an adhesive layer made of an acrylic baseless double-sided tape is provided by: A sheet using a thermoplastic elastomer, (B) a softening agent composed of paraffinic oil, (C) a thermal conduction imparting agent composed of aluminum hydroxide, and (D) a thermoplastic elastic heat radiation composition composed of a reinforcing resin composed of SEBS or the like. It is formed in a shape. Since the light emitting display panel 1 and the heat radiating plate 2 can be fixed accurately and firmly because they are fixed using the adhesive layer 3 which is a dedicated product.
