titleOfInvention | Processing method of heat-sensitive lithographic printing plate |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive positive lithographic printing plate processing method capable of performing a stable development process over a long period of time. A heat-sensitive positive lithographic printing plate provided with an image forming layer containing an infrared absorbing dye and an alkali-soluble resin on a support is subjected to image exposure, and then an alkaline developer stored in a developing tank is used. When developing, the deterioration of the activity of the developer is detected by measuring the conductivity or impedance of the developer, and the developer replenisher is replenished so as to keep the activity constant based on the detection result. In the processing method, the replenishing amount per one time of the developer replenisher is less than 1% by volume with respect to the developer volume in the developer tank.
