abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a hair rinse composition having excellent conditioning effects such as familiarity with hair during use, smoothness during rinsing, smoothness of hair after fingering and after use, and firmness and firmness. The following components (A) to (E): (A) 0.01 to 1% by mass of nonionic polymer (B) 0.01 to 2% by mass of a silicone block copolymer having a specific structure (C) 0.1 to 5% by mass of a cationic surfactant (D) 0.1 to 2% by mass of a polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil having an ethylene oxide addition mole number of 40 or less (E) A hair rinse composition comprising 1 to 15% by mass of a solid oil, and wherein the solid oil of the component (E) is 50% by mass or more of the total oil content.
