titleOfInvention Sublimation substance recovery method and recovery apparatus
abstract [PROBLEMS] To precipitate and recover PMDA from a gas containing pyromellitic anhydride (PMDA), many fine particles are conventionally recovered, and there are problems of moisture absorption and dust. There was also room for further improvement in the recovery rate. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a recovery method and a recovery apparatus which have a high recovery rate and can be obtained as crystals having a certain size. After mixing a cooling gas with a PMDA-containing gas, the mixed gas is passed through a filter to precipitate PMDA crystals on the filter. The filter 14 is bent by the backwash air from the air introduction line 16, whereby the PMDA crystal on the surface of the filter 14 is peeled and collected. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
