abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition comprising a nano-order layered silicate highly dispersed and having particularly high strength and heat resistance without hydrolysis during molding. SOLUTION: (1) a thermoplastic polyester resin, (2) a polyester copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a monomer having at least one of an amino group, an imino group, an amide group and a sulfonic acid group as a functional group, and (3) a layered structure A polyester resin composition comprising a silicate and (4) an antioxidant, the monomer having at least one of an amino group, an imino group, an amide group, and a sulfonic acid group as a functional group in the polyester copolymer. The ratio of the monomer having at least one of an amino group, an imino group, an amide group and a sulfonic acid group as a functional group in all polyesters in the polyester resin composition is 1 to 5 mol%.
