abstract An apparatus for decomposing organic impurities in water into inorganic ion impurities capable of oxidatively decomposing organic impurities in water into inorganic ions and measuring the concentration of organic impurities with high accuracy; A bead manufacturing method for decomposing organic impurities into inorganic ion impurities, a photolytic organic impurity concentration analysis pretreatment device, an organic impurity concentration measuring device, and an organic impurity concentration measuring method. SOLUTION: Beads 5 made of quartz particles having a photocatalyst 4 attached to the surface are filled in a spiral organic impurity photodecomposition tubular column 2 on the inner wall surface of the spiral organic impurity photodecomposition tubular column 2. Two spiral organic impurity photodecomposition tubular columns 2 configured by providing a photocatalyst layer 3 are connected in series, and a black light 6 is provided at the central axis portion of the spiral organic impurity photodecomposition tubular column 2 to prepare a sample.
