SOLUTION: Beads 5 made of quartz particles having a photocatalyst 4 attached to the surface are filled in a spiral organic impurity photodecomposition tubular column 2 on the inner wall surface of the spiral organic impurity photodecomposition tubular column 2. Two spiral organic impurity photodecomposition tubular columns 2 configured by providing a photocatalyst layer 3 are connected in series, and a black light 6 is provided at the central axis portion of the spiral organic impurity photodecomposition tubular column 2 to prepare a sample.
