titleOfInvention | Radiation detection device, radiation CT device, and radiation inspection device |
abstract | Provided is a radiation detection apparatus capable of processing detected radiation data at low cost and at high speed. A radiation detection apparatus including a radiation detector and a successive approximation type analog-to-digital converter is used. Here, the radiation detector 2 outputs an electric signal EA1 which is an analog signal corresponding to the incident radiation. Successive approximation type AD converter 1 converts the electric signal E A1 in successive approximations to a digital signal E D1. Further, it includes an amplifier 6 and a successive approximation type analog-digital converter 5. Amplifying unit 6 outputs the amplified signal E G1 to an electrical signal E A1 was amplified to fit in a predetermined range of signal intensities the amplification degree G. The successive approximation type AD converter 5 converts the amplified signal EG1 into a digital signal ED1 based on the amplification degree G. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
