Target capturer and target detection device |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a target detecting device capable of efficiently detecting various targets such as proteins without applying a label such as fluorescence. The target capturing body includes at least a region capable of interacting with a conductive member and can be bonded to a target, and can emit light when irradiated with light when not interacting with the conductive member. A target capturing body releasing means for releasing the target capturing body interacting with the conductive member from the conductive member by releasing the interaction, and irradiating light to the conductive member. And a light detecting means for detecting light emitted by the target capturing body in response to light emitted from the light irradiating means. An interaction part including at least a region capable of interacting with the conductive member, a target capturing part capable of capturing a target, and light when the region in the interaction part does not interact with the conductive member. And a light-emitting portion capable of emitting light when irradiated with a target. [Selection] Fig. 6 |
