titleOfInvention | Fine particle array structure, method for producing the same, and optical medium |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a fine particle array structure which has means for controlling the direction of particle arrangement in a fine particle aggregate and the formation speed thereof, has a wide application range, is excellent in mechanical strength, a method for producing the same, and an optical medium. A fine particle dispersion is filled in a void in a three-dimensional network structure of a polymer gel to form a polymer gel in a swollen state. Next, by reducing the amount of the dispersion medium 2 in the fine particle dispersion 3 in the gap 5 by evaporation of the dispersion medium 2 or contraction of the polymer gel, the fine particles 1 are deposited from the fine particle dispersion 3, The fine particle aggregate 4 is chemically formed. By selecting an appropriate polymer gel and adjusting the environmental conditions surrounding the gel, the structure and formation rate of the fine particle aggregate 4 can be controlled. Since the fine particle aggregate is held by the polymer gel, it has excellent mechanical strength, and can be formed on the surface of any object to which the polymer gel can be attached by a method such as coating, and can emit light of a specific wavelength. Is useful as an optical medium for selectively reflecting light. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
