titleOfInvention | Optically active azole derivative and method for producing the same |
abstract | An optically active 2-phenyl-2,3-dihydroxypropylazole derivative, which is a useful compound in the field of medicine and agrochemicals, and which is particularly important in the production process of an optically active azole antifungal agent, The present invention provides a low-cost and stable production method and a novel intermediate in a short process. An optically active α-hydroxycarboxylic acid derivative represented by the general formula (1) is reacted with an azole acetic acid derivative (2) to produce a novel optically active azole alkyl ketone derivative (3). I do. Furthermore, a novel optically active azole methyl alcohol derivative (5) is produced by a highly diastereoselective alkylation reaction using a combination of a protecting group and an organometallic reagent (4). Further, by selectively deprotecting, an optically active 2-phenyl-2,3-dihydroxypropylazole derivative (6) is produced. [Selection diagram] None |
