abstract |
An assay capable of simultaneously testing the binding of a test chemical to a hormone receptor and the presence or absence of hormonal activity. After reacting a female hormone receptor with a test chemical, a sensing antibody having a twelfth helix of the female hormone receptor as an antigen is added to the female hormone receptor to form a female hormone receptor.
