abstract An apparatus for making a potato fried potato, wherein the surface is burnt softly to the skin without scorching, and ingredients other than sweet potatoes can be cooked. A boiler (7) is provided inside a kettle (1) that burns fuel to heat the pebbles (6) in order to prevent the surface from being scorched by steaming the ingredients placed on the pebbles (6) of the stone burning pot (5). A steam pipe 12 having an ejection hole for introducing and ejecting steam generated by the boiler 7 under the heated pebbles 6, and adjusting the amount of steam to be ejected to adjust the temperature and temperature suitable for baking various foodstuffs. For the purpose of obtaining humidity, a regulating valve 15 and a vent pipe 14 for releasing steam are provided, and a table 19 for enabling barbecue cooking other than stone grilling is provided on the pebble 6.
