abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide an incineration residue treatment apparatus and a treatment method thereof, in which elution of harmful substances such as heavy metals and generation of dioxins are effectively suppressed. An incineration residue treatment apparatus (1) according to the present invention has a lower furnace part (7) provided with at least one input port (6), and performs reduction gasification for incinerating or melting general waste and industrial waste. The incineration residue such as fly ash and incineration ash generated by performing the incineration treatment or the melting treatment in the melting furnace 2 and the reduction gasification melting furnace 2 or a furnace different from the furnace 2 is collected and collected.
