abstract [Problem] To provide a cold-crosslinkable aqueous resin composition which has good emulsion stability and storage properties and good toning when used as a binder component of a paint while ensuring film forming properties and coating film properties. An aqueous dispersion (I) of a polymer having a carbonyl group and a carboxyl group and having a glass transition temperature of −20 ° C. to 50 ° C., and a basic amino acid (II) A cold-crosslinkable aqueous resin composition.
