An osteogenesis treatment device having excellent osteogenesis ability is provided. A device for treating osteogenesis of the present invention comprises a nucleic acid containing a base sequence encoding a bone morphogenetic protein (BMP), a vector, and a substrate. Is what you do. The bone morphogenetic protein is preferably BMP-2, and the nucleic acid preferably contains a nucleotide sequence derived from an expression plasmid. The vector is preferably a positively charged liposome, which is a non-viral vector. The form of the substrate is preferably a block body, particularly preferably a porous body having a porosity of 30 to 95%. Further, the constituent material of the base is preferably mainly composed of hydroxyapatite or tricalcium phosphate. [Selection diagram] None |
