abstract |
An intracellular reaction measuring apparatus and method are provided which can improve the measurement sensitivity and reproducibility of an intracellular reaction without performing complicated preparation work of a specimen. An apparatus (10) for measuring an intracellular reaction using a sample containing a plurality of cell populations in a non-contact state detects the intensity of first light emitted from the sample according to the presence of a predetermined protein.
