[Solution] A conjugate of a polypeptide having 3 to 30 acid residues derived from a strong acid and having a total of 3 to 30 amino acid residues with a substance capable of binding to a substance to be measured in a biological sample; A reagent for measuring a substance to be measured in a biological sample containing a substance, and a biological component measuring method using the reagent.
