abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a flow velocity distribution / flow rate measurement technique capable of automatically observing a surface flow velocity distribution and a flow rate of a river in almost real time. The water level of the river is detected by the above, the image signal of the surface water flow of the river and the water level data are taken into the analysis device 3 installed on the ground, and the orientation condition parameters and the water level data preset in the analysis device 3 are used.
