A polymerization inhibitor having a structure represented by general formula (b) is added to a composition solution of a silicone monomer represented by general formula (a) or (a '), and the solution is concentrated. R 2 to R 4 are each independently hydrogen and optionally substituted 1 carbon atom. represents a substituent or -X-a of to 20 .X substitutions m-valent .R 5 is hydrogen or a C 1 to 20 represents a divalent substituent of carbon atoms which may be have 1 to 20 substituents M represents an integer of 1 to 20.
