An electrification comprising 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin (A component), 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a sulfonium phosphonium salt (B component) and 0.001 to 1 part by weight of a lactone stabilizer (C component). A polycarbonate resin composition having an inhibitory property, and a molded article formed from such a composition, particularly a transparent member for vehicles or a transparent sheet-shaped molded article.
