titleOfInvention | Method for producing ink jet recording material |
abstract | In a method for producing an ink jet recording material, a multilayer coating liquid film formed by laminating coating liquids of a plurality of coating layers including at least an ink receiving layer and a gloss developing layer is applied to a support and dried. The present invention provides a method for stably producing an inkjet recording material having no cracks in the coating layer, excellent surface glossiness, good ink absorbability, and high image density. SOLUTION: The glossy layer contains inorganic ultrafine particles and a monovalent inorganic acid. The monovalent inorganic acid is preferably nitric acid. It is preferable that the glossy layer further contains polyvinyl alcohol having a saponification degree of 65% or more and 90% or less. It is preferable that the glossy layer further contains a polydiallylamine derivative. The support is preferably an absorbent support. [Selection figure] None |
