Ophthalmic treatment device |
abstract |
Provided is an ophthalmic treatment apparatus capable of performing efficient photodynamic treatment using a femtosecond pulsed infrared laser capable of obtaining a high photon density with a low average intensity. An irradiating unit illuminates a fundus of a subject's eye with a femtosecond pulsed infrared laser beam to excite a photosensitizer on the fundus of the subject's eye with two photons, and a photosensitizer excited by a femtosecond pulsed infrared laser beam. And a means for changing light energy on the eye to be examined. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
