titleOfInvention Semiconductor laser device
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device capable of obtaining a good FFP close to a Gaussian distribution without a ripple during a high output operation. SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser device according to the present invention has a stacked structure in which a semiconductor layer of a first conductivity type, an active layer, and a semiconductor layer of a second conductivity type different from the first conductivity type are sequentially stacked. In a semiconductor laser device having a structure, the laminated structure has a waveguide region for guiding light in one direction and a resonator surface for laser resonance at both ends, the laminated structure has a resonator at one end. A non-resonator surface formed so as to include the cross section of the active layer separately from the surface, and the cross section of the active layer on the non-resonator surface is covered with a light shielding layer.
