An electrostatic image dry toner composition which has no blade cleaning process to promote abrasion and recovers transfer residual toner at the same time as development or recovers residual toner on the surface of a latent image carrier using an electrostatic brush. And an electrostatic latent image developer using the same. An electrostatic image dry toner composition containing a binder resin, a colorant, and a release agent, wherein the electrostatic image dry toner composition has two or more types having different volume average primary particle diameters. An electrostatic image dry toner composition containing an inorganic oxide fine powder, one of which is an inorganic oxide fine powder whose surface is coated with a charge controlling agent.
