titleOfInvention | Colored photosensitive resin composition |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a colored photosensitive resin composition capable of preparing a highly sensitive colored photosensitive resin composition in a short time even when a coloring material is contained at a high concentration. Another object of the present invention is to provide a high-quality color filter having excellent surface smoothness, pattern shape, and brightness by using a colored pixel formed using the colored photosensitive resin composition. SOLUTION: The composition contains (A) a binder resin, (B) a photopolymerizable monomer, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, (D) a coloring material and (E) a solvent, and contains at least a biimidazole compound as a photopolymerization initiator. In the colored photosensitive resin composition containing (1) the X-ray powder diffraction pattern of the biimidazole compound is in the range of at least 9.0 ° to 9.2 ° in the 2θ angle of Cu-Kα characteristic X-ray diffraction, 11.0 ° A colored photosensitive resin composition having a diffraction peak in a range of from 11.2 ° to 21.2 ° and a range of 21.2 ° to 21.4 °, respectively.
