titleOfInvention | Test method and reagent for antiphospholipid antibody |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for testing an anti-phospholipid antibody which can be used to test the specificity of the anti-phospholipid antibody and can be reflected in a coagulation function test. Kind Code: A1 Phosphatidylserine (PS) as a phospholipid involved in blood coagulation greatly affects coagulation activity, and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) affects the expression of anticoagulant activity by activated protein C. Therefore, they have found that an anti-phospholipid antibody can be specifically tested by performing a blood coagulation test using a combination of these APTT reagents having different phospholipid concentrations.
