abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a gasket 1 capable of assembling a gasket 1 to a plate 2 without using an adhesive, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process. A gasket (1) disposed on one side of a plate (2) for sealing between the plate (2) and a mating member (2), a claw-shaped engaging portion (1) integrally formed on a side surface (4) provided on a peripheral edge of the plate (2). 6 and an engaged portion 9 integrally formed on the gasket 1 corresponding to the claw-shaped engaging portion 6, and the claw-shaped engaging portion 6 is engaged with the engaged portion 9. The gasket 1 is fixed to the plate 2 by non-adhesion. The gasket 1 is preferably formed by integrating the gasket 1 made of a thermoplastic elastomer with the plate 2 by injection molding. As the thermoplastic elastomer, a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer or an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer is partially crosslinked. Those obtained are preferred. [Selection] Fig. 2
