PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation excellent in bioavailability and useful for treating a multidrug resistance syndrome. A method for preparing an emulsion composition containing cyclosporin, rapamycin or ascomycin or a derivative thereof as an active ingredient, comprising the steps of: a) the active ingredient b) phospholipids, glycolipids, sphingolipids, diacylphosphatidylglycerols, egg - phosphatidylglycerol, soy - phosphatidylglycerol, diacyl phosphatidyl glycerol or a salt thereof; or a saturated, mono- - or di - unsaturated (C 12 -24 ) a stabilizer selected from fatty acids or salts thereof, and c) an organic solvent (Wherein the weight ratio of active ingredient to stabilizer is from 400: 1 to 0.5: 1) is mixed with the placebo fat emulsion. The present invention also provides a used emulsion, for example for intravenous administration, prepared using the above method. [Selection diagram] None |
