titleOfInvention Crystalline amlodipine organic acid salt
abstract An amlodipine organic acid salt in a crystalline form is provided. The present invention provides a novel organic salt of amlodipine having excellent physicochemical properties, a method for producing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. The crystalline form of amlodipine adipate of the present invention has excellent physicochemical properties (non-hygroscopicity, stability, solubility, processability), and is particularly excellent in light stability. Thus, the crystalline form of amlodipine adipate according to the present invention is easy to carry with patients and can be stored for a long period of time. In addition, the amlodipine adipate of the present invention, compared to benzenesulfonic acid used in the production of amlodipine besylate, adipic acid has no corrosive and harmful, it is easy to handle without hygroscopicity, It is also industrially useful.
