titleOfInvention | Solution casting method |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To improve productivity while maintaining good quality of a formed film. When a film having a polymer dissolved in a solvent is cast on a running or rotating casting band to form a film, the total volume of all foreign substances contained in the dope is determined. When the total volume of foreign matters having a size of 5 μm or more in A and the dope 42 is B, the volume occupation ratio of foreign matters having a size of 5 μm or more represented by (B / A) × 100 is less than 30%. Further, the dope 42 filtered by the hydrophobic filter 40 was cast on the casting band 59. [Selection] Figure 1 |
