titleOfInvention Primer composition for bonding fuel cell carbon separator
abstract The present invention provides a primer composition which is suitable for bonding a sealing material of a fuel cell carbon separator and has excellent adhesion and sealing properties. The primer composition of the present invention comprises (a) 100 parts by weight of an alkoxysilane and / or a partially decomposed condensate thereof, and (b) 1 to 50 parts by weight of an organotitanium compound and / or a partially decomposed condensate thereof. And (c) 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of a polyorganohydrogensiloxane. This primer composition is suitable as a primer for bonding a sealing material made of an addition type silicone rubber.
