titleOfInvention | Method for producing electrostatic image developing toner, obtained toner, and image forming method using the same |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To produce a toner by reusing fine powder toner generated in a toner manufacturing process, to increase the amount of fine powder toner to be processed, to suppress the molecular breakage of the resin in the fine powder toner, and to disperse a releasing agent and the like. A method for producing a toner having excellent fixability, image density, and free of filming on a photoreceptor, spent on a carrier, and background fouling. An image forming method to be used is provided. SOLUTION: Raw materials are mixed, kneaded and cooled, and then pulverized and classified to produce a toner. On the other hand, in order to reuse the fine powder toner generated in the pulverizing and classifying step, the fine powder toner is mixed with the raw materials. When the barrel temperature of the kneading machine is A and the barrel temperature of the kneading machine when the fine powder toner is not reused is B, the relationship between A and B is 1.07B ≦ A ≦ 1.46B. When the softening point of the fine powder toner obtained at this time is Bn and the softening point when the fine powder toner is not reused is Sn, the relationship between Bn and Sn is Sn / Bn ≦ 1.05. Manufacturing method of toner. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
